The roster
Six pieces, each a distinct tower with its own reach, leveling curve and chargeable special ability. Position is everything: a rook rakes a whole file, a bishop owns the diagonals.
Cheap front-line picket. Its forward reach stretches as it levels.
Leaps the L to strike targets nothing else can reach. Burst damage.
Sweeps the diagonals with fast, repeated fire. Frost Ray freezes a lane.
The heavy hitter. Rakes entire ranks and files. Barrage hits every direction.
Commands all eight lines at once. Premium cost, devastating reach.
Your base. Place it, move it, level it. It fights too. Lose it and it's over.
How it plays
It's both your base and the enemy's target. Move it any time to reshape the battlefield.
Spend deployment points on chess pieces. Each auto-attacks along its real movement lines.
Earn points, level pieces mid-fight, and unleash specials as enemies close on the King.
